How to deal with a one night stand

When it comes to one night stands, most people smile. But it depends on who you are talking to about one night stands. If you talk to young male in America, they probably have a funny story to share. But talking to a young female will make a person realize just how painful such an event can be. Being a young male living in America I know how most of them think and behave. They are willing to promise a young girl anything she wants to hear just to get her undressed. The first few times a girl speaks to them they are very nice and generous. So most girls mistake it for "love" while the boys think of it as a scam. The reason I say scam is because thats exactly what it is in all reality. A scam consists of lies, fake promises, fake dreams, and fake people. That is exactly what most of these men are. Their words can be so complimenting but their actions are so devestating to a young woman. But if you have been a victim of such an event the most important thing to know is that its not your fault. You need to understand there are a lot of young girls dealing with the same situation. Having a one night stand does not make you a whore or a skank. What it does make you, is a stronger person. Just because you got tricked by some nasty man should not make you value yourself any less. Just remember that men are willing to do anything they can to get anything they want. In the words of a very smart man: "Its a set up, but ladies keep your head up."
